Notes – Little is known about the life of James Leonard Armstrong before his death.

Two men with the same name were known to reside in the area, however, to date nothing can be found in relation to this man.

The only details currently available appear in a newspaper article where it was reported James died on the side of the road approximately 12 miles from Tara. It was ruled by the coroner his death was attributed from a self inflicted gunshot wound. Council records indicate he was 42 yrs old.

James remains lie in an unmarked grave.
