Notes – Clarence was the son of Frank Edward and Margaret Jane Fry (nee Kennedy) and he was born at Narracan, Victoria in 1904. His whole life he was known as Mick. His mother died in 1905 at Glouster, NSW after the birth of his sister Margaret Winifred.

His Father had been married before and so Mick had four half siblings – Blanche, Anne, Arthur and Mary and three full siblings – Elsie, Margaret and his twin brother Keith.

By 1925, Mick and Keith were farmers at Dandaraga, as shown on census records. From at least 1920 until 1954 Mick is found at Dandaragan as a farmer grazier. The Fry’s bought Dandararga from David Kennedy (Mick’s grandfather in 1926).

The inscription on Mick’s headstone reads – In loving Memory of Clarence Kennedy Fry Died March 21st 1956 Aged 52 years.
