Notes – At this point in time it is unknown if this baby was a girl or boy. Council records only show baby Harper. As the grave location is in an area where they have mutiple babies buried from the dates of 1941 to 1976, it is possible this baby may have died in the early 1940s.

The only Harpers known to have lived in the Tara area around that time were William Joh and Eillen Grace Thelma Harper who lived on the Moonie Road, Tara. William was a farmer and they were living here from 1941 to 1949. They later moved to Banyo in Brisbane where he is recorded as working as a watchman in 1958.

Baby Harper lies in an unmarked grave.
