Notes – Dulcie was born to Alena Rosetta (nee Wode) and Thomas William Taylor in 1930 and lived her early life near Pullitop where her father had a farm. Dulcie had at least one sister called Phyllis May.  Dulcie started Primary Correspondence School on the 14th March 1938.

Dulcie Francis Taylor married George Edward Stanfield on April 10, 1948 in Queensland. In 1954 Dulcie was still married to George and they were living at Blythlands which is on the Undulla Creek near the Leichardt Highway. Her husband made his living as a contractor.

Dulcie next married Boyd Harwood in 1959, so they didn’t have much time together before her very early death.

Dulcie has a headstone that reads – In Loving Memory of Dulcie Frances Harwood. Died March 31st, 1960 Aged 30 years.
