Notes – Mary Murphy was born to Annie Margaret (nee McGrath) and Walter Murphy in Victoria in 1911.

She had eight siblings – Margaret, Thomas, William, Elizabeth, Edward, Jim, Francis and Kathleen.

Her parents Walter and Annie were graziers at Tara from at least 1914 to their deaths in 1933 and 1951 respectedly. They are also buried in the Catholic Section in graves No 13 and No 14.

Mary has a headstone and the inscription reads – In Loving Memory of our dear sister Mary Murphy. 1911 to 9.12.14.
