Notes –  George James was the son of Lousia Ann (nee Blackman) and George Talbott of Mudgee in New South Wales. He came from a very large family.

It appears he was married to Ethel Turner at Inverell, NSW in about 1911 and they had one daughter Sylvia.

George moved to Musgrove Park, Undulla Creek in 1928 and joined his sister and her family who moved there in 1920. He was fined 2 pound in 1929 for failing to put in a tax return. Read here.

His sister is also buried in the Tara cemetery. Her married name was Lousia Ann Baker. It appears she went to live at Musgrove Park, Undulla Creek after her husband died sometime before 1920. She was living with George and some of her children whom some of them were old enough by then to be on the roll.

George’s records say that he was 79 years old at his death, however other information says his birthdate was the 5th April, 1866 which would make him 77.

George died from seinile dementia, he has no headstone on his grave.
